Round-the-clock support for your network
Our engineers are available weekdays from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM at +43 4137 1363-48. For critical outages, we guarantee a callback within 30 minutes.
Send your request to info@5g-wireless.site. We typically process tickets within 4 hours and provide an initial diagnosis or a solution proposal.
Our premium SLA includes a response time of 15 minutes for outages, 24/7 availability, and monthly uptime of 99.9%. Includes remote diagnostics and spare parts shipping.
In our FAQ, you will find answers to network configuration, error codes, and contract details. Use the search function or filter by categories such as 5G locations or roaming.
Schedule an appointment for a remote session with one of our network specialists. We help with setting up network slicing, firewall rules, and QoS profiles.
We perform regular security updates and optimizations during nightly windows (12:00 AM – 4:00 AM). You will receive an announcement 72 hours in advance via email.
Do you have questions about 5G connectivity or network solutions? Leave us your contact details and your preferred time – we will get back to you promptly.
To avoid any misunderstandings: Here we summarize the essential definitions, conditions, and delimitations of our 5G services.
Availability refers to the network-side reachability of the 5G core and the connected base stations. It does not include local radio coverage at the end device, which may be limited by structural conditions, weather, or topographical obstacles. We guarantee an availability of 99.5% at the backbone level, averaged over a calendar year. Maintenance windows of a maximum of four hours per month are excluded.
No, the advertised bandwidths are peak values that can be achieved under ideal conditions in the entire network segment. The actual data rate per subscriber depends on the number of simultaneously active users, radio utilization, device class, and signal quality. In our business tariffs, a minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbit/s in the downlink is contractually guaranteed, provided the end device reaches the location with sufficient field strength.
For us, network security includes the protection of transmission paths between the end device and the core network through end-to-end encryption according to the 3GPP standard, the authentication of subscribers via SIM-based procedures, and the physical security of the network infrastructure. It does not refer to the security of the end devices themselves, the applications installed on them, or the networks operated by the customer. For these areas, we recommend separate security solutions.
Our services are designed for all 5G-capable end devices that support the 3GPP Release 15 standard or higher and have a valid IMEI. Devices that are based exclusively on proprietary predecessor technologies or use modified firmware without certification are not compatible. We provide a current list of tested reference devices upon request. For IoT applications, we recommend modules with NB-IoT or LTE-M support.
Latency is measured as the one-way signal transit time between the end device and the nearest 5G core network node. It is determined under laboratory conditions and may deviate in practice due to distance to the radio mast, network load, and device processing. For real-time applications such as remote control or cloud gaming, we guarantee a maximum latency of 15 milliseconds in 5G SA mode, provided the end device is located in an area with active site optimization.
We are here for you – for questions about 5G infrastructure, network solutions, and digital connectivity.
